Avik has invested 22 years in the automotive and oil & gas industries with renowned names including Maruti Suzuki, Caltex, ExxonMobil, Apollo Tyres, PSA Peugeot Citroen and Volkswagen and headed a global brand consulting firm called Saffron Brand Consultants in India & South Asia for a year. In 2014, he co-founded a brand strategy consultancy, “Expereal”. He transforms brands to transform businesses, and likes to sketch, follow trivia, listen music, and write on subjects from automotive to brand strategy to socio-economic issues.

Originally from West Bengal, Vicky Roy ran away from his home and started working as a rag picker at the New Delhi Railway Station, before he was rehabilitated by an NGO, Salaam Baalak Trust, Delhi. He studied photography at Triveni Kala Sangam and then apprenticed under Anay Mann. In 2007, he held his first solo exhibition titled, “Street Dream” at India Habitat Centre (New Delhi, India) supported by the British High Commission.

Licypriya is a Nine-Years-Old Indian Climate Activists. She has been championing her cause since six-years-old to protect, preserve and nurture our environment by fighting the climate change. She is one of the youngest climate activists globally and addressed the world leaders in the United Nations Climate Conference 2019 (COP25) in Madrid, Spain calling the world leaders to take immediate climate actions to save their future. She is an outspoken child inspiring millions of people across the globe and one of the leading voices for climate change in the World despite her young age.

Veer Munshi is an Indian artist who was born in Srinagar Kashmir. He studied fine arts (painting) from M.S.University Baroda and now lives in Delhi/Gurgaon for last 28 years. He has addressed a range of subjects in the course of his artistic career that spans over three decades but exile remains his most fundamental condition and pre-occupation. Munshi consistently used his art to reflect his anguish at the situation in his home state, his pain and struggle spilling over onto his canvas.

Vinay Sharma, born in Rajasthan 1965, did his diploma in Painting from Rajasthan School of Arts- Jaipur in 1986. For his further studies, he went to Liverpool University, England as an exchange student from 1989-90 and completed his Post-graduate Diploma in Graphics from M.S. University – Baroda 1990.

Nand Kumar Nair is media strategist, automotive editor & television presenter with experience of more 15years in broadcast industry. Popularly know as SAM, for more than a decade he has been the face of longest running automotive program. He is also credited with conceptualising and executing some of the best television programs and record breaking events. In his capacity as an automotive journalist he has tested almost everything on wheels and is respected by both industry and consumers for his honest & sharp reviews.

With a career that spans over four decades, and a passion that goes even beyond, Adil Jal Darukhanawala is probably the most well-known name in the Indian automotive sphere. He is widely regarded as the father of motoring journalism in India and despite all that experience behind him, is always the youngest (at heart) person in any room!

We are delighted to have Nikunj Sanghi with us as Key Speaker for The Cartist Festival 2020. Nikunj Sanghi is the founder of JS Fourwheel Motors. He is also currently serving as Chairman of Automotive Skills Development Council (ASDC) and Director, International Affairs of Federation of Automotive Dealers Associations (FADA). Sanghi is an industry veteran and has been vocal on the issues related to the automobile industry.

Anuj Prasad is a professional Industrial Designer with over 30 years of industry and entrepreneurial experience. Anuj is an alumnus of NID, and co-founder of DESMANIA. Under his leadership, Desmania has grown into a unique design house that offers multi-disciplinary design services, covering a large cross section of industry. From jar to a car, Desmania designs everything!

We are delighted to have Anil Saini with us as Key Speaker for The Cartist Festival 2020. Anil Saini is head of Automotive Design Studio at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). A graduate in Mechanical Engineering and post-graduate in Industrial Design from IIT, Mumbai; Anil has held various positions in last 34 years of working experience at Bajaj Auto Limited, Design Matters, and PTC, General Motors and TCS.

We are delighted to have Nitasha Jaini with us as Key Speaker for The Cartist Festival 2020. Nitasha Jaini, born in 1963 Punjab, is an artist practicing in Delhi. Jaini’s paintings have a feminist narrative. Her central artistic concern is to change society’s mind-sets on the issue to gender inequality. Her art touches on social, as well as spiritual aspects of feminist discourse. She believes that women are becoming increasingly independent and financially secure.

We are delighted to have Swaroop Biswas with us as Key Speaker for The Cartist Festival 2020. Swaroop a recognized Painter & Sculptor, has 13 solo and more than 50 groupexhibitions, Art and Design Awards, Several Art talks, workshops and camps to his credit across major cities of India and abroad.
Particularly remarkable are his Mask and Top view series of paintings which have been much talked about by the connoisseurs of Art.

We are delighted to have S. Shakir Ali with us as Key Speaker for The Cartist Festival 2020. S. Shakir Ali, is an Indian painter, known for his Mughal and Persian miniature paintings. He was honoured by the Government of India, in 2013, by bestowing on him the Padma Shri, the fourth highest civilian award, for his contributions to the field of art. We are delighted to have Debashis Sen with us as Key Speaker for The Cartist Festival 2020. ​Shri Debashis Sen joined the IAS in 1985. He graduated from Presidency College, Kolkata and got his post-M.Sc. Diploma from Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics. He got his Diploma in Public Administration from ENA, France. He has been trained at the JFK School Harvard University and IMF Institute, USA.

A career civil servant with twenty years of wide ranging experience in governance, policy making and international trade negotiations. She has worked in the Ministries of Textiles, Industry and Commerce both at the Center and in her cadre state of Rajasthan, as also in Food, Public Distribution & Consumer Affairs, and Science and Technology.

Mr Rajesh Menon is the Director General at the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) at New Delhi. He took over this current responsibility from 1st October 2019 onwards. Rajesh was earlier the Deputy Director General at the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and was responsible for leading CII’s International engagement and facilitating the Indian Industry to expand its global footprint through a range of specialized services including Business Events and specific Market Facilitation services in Emerging Markets.
